These terms govern your use of Health Sync. By creating an account you agree to them. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy.
What Health Sync is
A tool for logging health measurements and medication and sharing them with linked clinicians. It is not a medical device and does not provide diagnosis or treatment advice. Always rely on your healthcare provider for medical decisions.
Not for emergencies
Health Sync is not monitored in real time and must never be used to report a medical emergency. If you are experiencing one, call your local emergency number immediately.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the accuracy of the information you record. Doctors must only access patients who have linked to them, and only for legitimate care.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service, attempt to access data that isn't yours, or use it in any unlawful way. We may suspend accounts that do.
Data & research
We may use anonymized, aggregated data — which cannot identify you — for medical research and commercial purposes, including sharing or selling it to third parties. We never sell data that identifies you personally. See our Privacy Policy for details.
